Is Twigby Mobile phone service any good?
Flexibility
Love the low prices and flexibility. I don't use data or texts so I stick with an unlimited minutes package. Customer support is fast and quick to help.
Customization, great phone service
Twigby works great for my iPhone 6! Everything is as they said and I love the customization of my plans!
Network
Customer service is awful. I tried to cancel one of my lines since my son got his own phone plan but even contacting customer representantives was a struggle.
Low prices
Was skeptical because of all the bad reviews but so far twigby has been a good service. We swapped from verizon and we've saved a bunch of money. They're the only lowcost service that works in my rural area. Very happy with twigby.
Terrible reception
I can't get service with Twigby even though my phone was compatible with them.
Sells faulty phones
I bought a phone from Twigby but it was a lemon. I tried to return the phone but they refused to honor the 30-day warranty. Look for a more honest carrier!
Quick shipping, strong signals
Phone and SIM card came super quick. Works great. Perfect for my day to day.
Good coverage
Do not go with Twigby because their customer service is absolutely unhelpful, rude, and argumentative. I have since dropped Twigby.

The phone service is pretty okay but their phones are garbage. Buy an unlocked phone somewhere else before going to Twigby.
Dishonest
Twigby WILL charge for overages regardless of having overage protection! They're nothing but crooks!
Easy activation, prompt shipping
SIM card came promptly. Activation was easy to do. Overall, smooth and pain-free experience.
Coverage, doesn't honor phone returns
I tried to use Twigby because it uses Verizon towers but I couldn't activate my phone at all. I contacted a customer representantive but they told me that they don't support my area. They also won't let me return the phone so I can't even get my money back.
Terrible policies and customer service
I purchased an iphone 6s from Twigby but it only worked for a day. I contacted customer service to replace the phone but they refused and said there was nothing they could do.
Low plan prices
You can't beat Twigby's price. It's affordable for a family of 5.

The previous carrier kept dropping calls, switched to Twigby, no more dropped calls.
coverage is better than i had with verizon
We had verizon and were just disgusted with what we were paying. we now pay $25 for two phones. Love it!
Coverage is the same. Price is half.
I had ting before. They were a good value at the time I changed. Just not anymore.
