My Ting sim card came in early! Works fine for me so far!
I needed a second phone for work-from-home purposes so I decided to give Ting a try. Ting is very affordable and it only took a day for my new phone to arrive! Better yet is there customer service. They've been nothing but patient and helpful.
Ting is such a complete joke. It is the least functional carrier I've ever been with. Did I mention slow and spotty? I'm only able to get 1 Mbps download speeds nevermind getting actual coverage in a lot of places. What a bunch of clowns.
This is some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I never had many issues with Ting but whenever I do they quickly pick up the phone and stay on the line with me until the issue is resolved.
Ting deactivated all of my phones late last year but I kept being billed for three months after. Though the issue has since been resolved, it's a very scummy practice.
Such a garbage company......don't use Ting.
I've had this service for well over 5 years... I mean, the prices are unmatched for the value you get especially if you're a low data user. Customer service is above par. I've used a variety of carriers like sprint, verizon, metro and they all suck. Ting doesn't. The only thing that sucks about ting is the fact that ting has second priority when it comes to prime time usage.
Ting isn't terrible but it doesn't mean they're good. Connectivity has been decent at best with major latency affecting the sending and receving of text messages. Not only that but customer support is slow and the app to monitor your spending is full of issues.I'm looking for better alternatives to the major carriers.
I'm an old lady so I can say with confidence that Ting's customer service has been some of the most professional and kind services in my 64 years. They know how to treat a customer right. Thank you Ting.
Ting is great if you want missed calls and texts. If you want a decent service and don't want to miss out on plans you should stick with another carrier.
Ting is a cheap alternative, but it's not good for teenagers.
Ting has been my family's provider for a few months now, and it's a great one too. Personally, I use just 100 minutes of talk time, over 3000 texts per month, and 1GB of data, so the 4800 package is perfect for me. The same goes for my husband and son. Calls have never dropped too. Each month, we're only paying $48 per month - way better than what we used to pay. If you're not a family who uses unlimited talk, text, and data, then you should check out Ting!
Used Ting for 2 years. Overall, I can say that Ting has handsdown the best customer service. We're also saving 1000s of dollars each year. You get what you pay for with Ting, and that's cause you're not paying for tricky advertising or stores.
Ting is great, but keep in mind that they GSM or CDMA, not both simultaneously. I docked it because it does not support wifi calling, so you'll need to rely on cell service for calling.
Ever since I've moved to Ting, I've found that I've been paying MORE for such limited service. Don't use unless you rarely use your phone!
