Since moving and changing to CenturyLink i've been pleasantly suprised. The technician came out and had the service up and running super quickly, although the internet speeds are a bit slow it's down to the area I live and is enough for me.

I hate seeing negative reviews for Centurylink. I have been with them for years and they have an amazing customer service and support team and always put their customers first. The internet connection and speed has also been pretty much perfect.

When my internet stopped working I called tech support who were brilliant, although it took about 3 phone calls which totalled about 2 hours! They found out my modem was out of date so they sent a replacement free of charge, even though I had brought the modem from someone else.

I find my bills really confusing and they don't explain anything, so if there is an extra cost on there I alwasy have to call them. The reps are great, but it should be made clearer on the bill.
