Called yesterday because I couldn't get any service. Was told 1-4 hours to receive a call back. No call today (I provided them a different number to call me back on) either. When you call them, their outgoing message says 8am to 8pm Central. Turns out they close at 5pm according to the answering service. So to recap, it has been over 24 hours with no assistance. I did receive an email from the first person that had attempted to help me. In my reply, I advised that it has been a day since reporting the issue to her. No apology, nothing. I work for a MVNO cell provider in quality assurance. I'm used to hearing outstanding service calls. This is shameful. 3 days without service now. :(
My experience has been great. I utilize the big networks for a cheaper price.
BOOM! has lots of plans to choose from so I don’t have to overpay for the unlimited data plan just to feel warm and fuzzy. I was able to find a plan that fit my budget in my usage. The customer service reps are amazing and speak English which is a plus for me
overchatged my credit card. I had to dispute charge with CC. They are very dishonest.
I have two phones on big red, the savings are unbelievable.
Switched from AT&T Prepaid to Boom. I wonderful experience.
