I've been with Credo for over 10 years. I've upgraded phones seamlessly. I've been able to correct even the smallest concerns by contacting Credo by web or phone. The boss (wife)and I are well pleased.
Way too expensive for the service.
Disappointed. Can't wait to be done with this expensive contract!
Service and Customer Treatment No Longer Good
It takes 35 to 45 minutes on average to get through to customer service and company did not honor phone warranty promise--company now puts bottom line concerns ahead of service which is contrary to how they present themselves. After 10 years I am leaving the company for these reasons. I no longer trust the company. Too bad--they were great for a while.
Customer service is great. I'm pleased with how helpful the reps have been
Customer service is fantastic, going above and beyond to help me solve a problem of not having cell phone service, bt I shouldn't be having these issues in the first place.
