Cell phones need a SIM card in order to connect to a phone network in order to make calls.
The position of the access cover varies by phone but it’s usually on the side of the device. To remove the SIM card, use an eject tool or paper clip and push to release the SIM card tray.
The position of the access cover varies by phone but it’s usually on the side of the device. Place the new SIM card into the SIM card tray and slide the tray into your phone.
There are 3 SIM card sizes: standard, micro and nano SIM. All phones released since 2014 (Apple iOS and Android) now support the nano SIM card. Older phones will require either the standard or micro SIM card but most MVNOs will send out a SIM card that can be adapted to all 3 sizes.

I ordered an upgrade phone about 6 weeks ago. Status said still processing. No tracking number ever issued. They charged my credit card but after about 5 days, the charge disappeared from my credit card and the phone suddenly appeared on their website and someone else bought it the next day. Called customer service and got nowhere with the person I talked with. I'd give them zero stars if I could. If they keep this up, they won't have a company left.
I just had a terrible experience which they have cut my internet service, without even tell me nothing. When I switched from T-Mobile to this company I got the plan that said "Unlimited Data, Call and Text", but after reaching little over 21 Gigs. They decided to cut my internet service until my next bill cycle which will be in 2 days, with informing of nothing that they were going to do that. They could at least sent a text and call or email me, telling they were going to shut off my internet service. They couldn't believe they just did that what not even informing me. I had to call and expend more than a hour on the phone to tell me at the end my data was put on pause, until my next bill cycle in 2 days. So in other words they are laying to you when they say its unlimited data. I was espected to slow down my internet speed in congested hours something like that, but cut me out completely without any message. Terrible service.
You'll need to wait for their sim card which I order a week before my last refill date, they waited until my 30 days activation date was over with my last carrier that they sent the order. So I had 4-7 days to wait with my phone down and they've already got your IEMI and phone number locked to their company. I went back to my old carrier to get my phone up and running and it took us 2 days for me to get my phone number back while spending most of my hours on the phone trying to resolve this. Time consuming and they don't have a backup plan for your activation process with them. Even after they cancel my account, my number was locked with them. Won't bother!!
