RecommendedCoverage, priceSound quality

Voicemail sound quality is extremely poor. I can never hear what's in the voicemails.

Not RecommendedNoneCustomer service

I had data issues that took me almost 2 months to fix because customer service couldn't help me. I kept getting passed to someone who would just repeat the same solution over and over but that solution never fixed anything.

RecommendedPriceLess coverage

The pricing is amazing - so much so that the loss of coverage is worth it. I was originally on Verizon's network but swapped because my Verizon bills were so high. While I noticed a decrease in coverage, it isn't so bad that I get no service. It still works quite well in metropolitan areas. One problem I do have is that I do have problems with sending texts and GIFs (and receiving them) to Android-based phones. This only started happening when I joined PureTalk.
