Terrible customer service
Customer service needs alot of training. They work from home and are not focused on the task. Im canceling my service. All I wanted to do was switch debit card.

From our experience Community Phone has been doing great. Installation was easy and the base arrived faster than we expected. I've had no issues with my phone. Best of all I'm saving so much on my monthly phone bill.
