Rude, unknowlegable, total lack of customer servic
Tried to replace a DVR from them. Tech knew next to nothing. Thery doid not include the remote needed for this new DVR. Manager was useless. Stay away from this company, they truly suck.

Wi-Fi sucks. False advertising. Keep telling me it is going to be better, but will not give me a date when that is to happen. So far it is bad as ever. Can Not even think about streaming at 0 to 1mb!!!
Not being able to tell all the problems here.
Cancelled local sports. multi room box not working like main. If main is out other don't work. Battery in garage is dead and they will not replace. DVR has no cable out to connect my dvd player. Wireless does not work in how house only 1300 sf. Boxes reboot at 3am lighting up bedroom like someone turn on the lights. It's $85 for the TV but $100 more for all the other stuff to make it work.
The frequent disconnects are indeed "FREQUENT."
I call time after time, they send technician after technician, and the problem still persists: FREQUENT DISCONNECTS! Also, phone clarity is iffy at best. When able, I WILL be switching. AVOID FRONTIER!!!

Cannot find a way to rid myself of the service!
I have had the service for less than 30 days, and have had to essentially "reset" the service every evening around 7:00 p.m. Talking with any representatives from Frontier is like having a conversation with a 2-year old. The agents cannot offer a reliable solution to the continued service interruptions, NOR will they connect you with a supervisor!
