I got talk and text but I couldn't get any data even though I paid for it. Called customer service multiple times but wasn't able to get a hold of anyone.

It's not a terrible company. Have connection issues at times but Ultra's representatives are very nice.

Ultra Mobile has the worst network coverage out of all the alternative carriers I used. Charges a lot for roaming too!

Really happy with Ultra Mobile. It's speeds are super fast and I get almost unlimited everything. Buying bulk months also helps even more on saving on bills.

Ultra Mobile is good for cheap unlimited national calls and texts so long as you're in T-Mobile's coverage.

Their 30 minute Paygo plan stopped after using 7minutes. The extended 100 minute scratch and save behind their card stopped after 7 minutes, then they texted me to pay for extra time. DONT USE THEM!!!

I used this for my son's phone for 1 month. Paid $10 to put into the "wallet" yet phone was suspended for nonpayment. Made several phone calls and an email to customer service. I even had the payment transaction ID and the exact time the payment was made. Lucky I wrote this down before they suspended my online account and I wouldn't be able to see my online payment wallet. They keep telling me they would escalate it. It has been over a week and hours of my time and not …taken care of. One agent told me she could see the money was paid but tech support would have to handle it. Supervisor useless. As a visitor to USA, landed on LAX Airport, bought a 30 day-expired SIM Card include unlimited calls and 5G of data for $70 USD (I was told later on that was too expensive! ridiculous price). It was fine around in LA, but the data could not be used or was too slow in Las Vegas for Uber App. It was worst when I was in Yellowstone, no phone coverage at all. it is not much better in bigger cities, like Washington DC and New York, the phone coverage was kept loosing, and could not use the data at al…l!!! My plan is super cheap and customer care people are very responsive.

Customer service representatives are quite rude, but the pricing is competitive and the network is decent, if a little slow.

The worst customer service. Customer support has been incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Overall a great value! Billing is simple. Much better than the big providers.
