Been using Twigby for a year. No issues.
I live in a very rural area where Verizon doesn't work well. So I decided to try a cheaper alternative. Twigby has not only great coverage but they have affordable rates and customer support that's easy to work with.
Competitive pricing initially
Twigby is pretty good at what it does so long as you're not a data hog. After 5GB a month it'll be more expensive compared to other MVNOs.
This is a great first phone and service for my kiddo! It was very easy to set up and it was compatible with my old iPhone 6s I had kept around. Impressed with the low monthly fees.
I'm happy with Twigby. Been with the company for 2 years.
Lots of dropped calls. Customer support is lackluster. Cancelled after a month.

Customer service is terrible. I've had signal issues for a couple of weeks now so I used their chat service. Well the representative disconnected before the problem was even solved because her shift ended! Is this how you treat your customers, Twigby?
The price is simply unbeatable. The coverage is great (not the best but it's great for what you're paying) and customer service is so helpful, always going above and beyond.
When I changed my credit card (long story) I forgot to update Twigby with my new card information. Because of that, they outright terminated my account without any grace period whatsoever. All because I forgot to update my card! They really, really don't care about their customers or customer loyalty.
