Is Boost Mobile phone service any good?
Nice features for the price
Great value for the price.
Affordable
No strings attached. Set up is a little hard but customer service is always willing to help.
Don't waste time and money on Boost
Save yourself the headache. When I got this for my daughter I couldn't activate it no matter what. Got error after error and customer service didn't know anything either. It was cheap so I don't feel so bad about wasting my money.
Works as advertised
Works well for cheap
The new Boost is much better!
The new boost is super fast! I'm happy with their changes. More reliable and faster than ever.
Affordable in times of inflation
I'm happy with Boost. While Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile increased their prices to match inflation (thanks...) Boost sided with the customers distraught by the pandemic. I can easily play games and stream YouTube. I even take advantage of their rewards program to help pay for my monthly bill. They're awesome!
Good network, bad customer support.
This is an okay servcie. It's changed for the better. It's faster and more reliable. But whenever I get issues customer service has been far from helpful. It's like they don't know anything!
A bad service when you need a phone for work
Calls keep drropping. I had to switch from Boost because of how unreliable their service was, especially when I was relying on DoorDashing during the pandemic.
Helpful customer service
Customer service was really helpful going through the activation steps with me.
Don't pay bulk in case service goes bad
Signed up for a promotion from Boost. Paid for a few months. Had a few weeks of at most decent service. Unfortunately I cannot get a refund. Definitely feel like an idiot.
Can't recommend boost
Tried to port my number from Visible to Boost but Boost won't let me. Can't recommend Boost if they won't let me use their service in the first place.
Good value for the money
Good coverage, good value for the money.
A reliable prepaid carrier
It's a good prepaid phone company. Easy to use but can be difficult to set up. After getting through the initial steps you're good to go.
High speeds and no lag
One of the best things I've ever bought. It's super fast and there's no lag.
Easy to use, decent speeds most of the time
I've heard bad things about Boost for awhile but in the end that didn't stop me from getting a sim card for cheap. I don't have to give them a credit card. I can easily just pick up a sim and prepay for it all. There are step by step instructions that are easy to follow. Quick to activate. Smartphone speeds can be hit or miss depending on where you are. That would be my only complaint.
Clear calling with no drops
Thanks to Boost we have clear calls and no missed texts. Haven't had a dropped call in months. I'm very satisfied with the service.
recommended
very useful and works good. recommended to all friends and family
SCAM!!!
Wouldn't work on my phone. Can't get a refund either. Boost Mobile is just a big scam.
Smooth and speedy
Bought this for my daughter. She likes it especially the 5G speeds.
Lightning fast 5G network
Has solid support for 5g. Network speeds are zippy. Would recommend to anyone with a 5g phone.
