Customer service is slow and takes forever. No-one I spoke to I felt was competent or helpful. Simple requests became unfathomably complicated.
I've used TracFone since 2004 and theyve been consistently reliable with service and performance. Personnel who answer my telephone calls are knowledgable and courteous. Especially like having the option to use the website to answer my questions.
I'm a new TracFone customer. They replaced me and my wife's old cell phones for pay-per-minute. So far this is working out great and has substantially lowered our monthyl bill.
I've been a TracFone customer for 5+ years now. Yes you can save a lot of money, and yes you can still get good service. But there are some sacrifices to be made.
