It's not the best but it does get the job done. Sometimes does have coverage issues.

It's easy to port your number over to Ultra Mobile. It uses T-Mobile's network though so you may get spotty coverage in rural places.

If you want good cell phone service while visiting the US, Ultra Mobile is good. It is pretty much the only carrier offering these types of plans.

The services plain don't work. I tried using another sim card but I still can't use their service. They don't even give me a refund!

Used Ultra for a good while now and they've treated me well. Haven't had coverage problems and they've been helpful whenever I need help. Everyone should give their service a try.

The plans are great for calling to other countries. But when traveling to various places in the states, my data is just bad. I can barely connect to anything. Ultra Mobile really is just good for international calling. Nothing else.

SIM card came in faster than I expected. The activation process is also smooth and easy. I have no problems with it so far.

I'm able to contact family in Canada for free with my Ultra Mobile plan. Not a lot of carriers have that!

If you want reliability, don't go to this carrier! My plan stops working randomly, sometimes for a day+! Overall service is ok. Customer service isn't terrible but there're plenty technical issues. It's just not worth the headache.

This is the without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had and I have Comcast as my internet provider. Didn't get texts. Didn't have access to any service when traveling abroad, even when I paid for said service. Customer support agents are not only dumb but rude!

Ultra mobile is such a scam.

Unreal Mobile takes a little bit of time to get used to and set up. Glad I stuck with it because calls to my family's country (in Europe) is free!
