It's a great service. Great value, great customer support. However, keep in mind that every bulk plan comes a commitment. You're getting the best rates but you will need to keep pre-paying for a few or more months.

I got their 3 month unlimited data plan because a friend had it and enjoyed their service but my data never works and I've only had a chance to use 30mb because I can't do anything with it. They also don't offer refunds or partial refunds after the 7 day period so I'm stuck with this plan and no data for the next 3 months. Very disappointed because I wasted so much time and money trying to fix this issue. I had to call them 6 times and no resolution was served. I will be retu…rning to T-mobile after my plan expires. Purchased a plan for my kid. He's very happy with the speeds and I'm happy with the price.

Got 3 months. Was really easy to activate with the app. There are some issues that leave mint a lot to be desired

You don't get what you pay for with Mint Mobile. You get better! Though the reception can be a bit spotty outside the city, you'll be paying much much much less than what you're paying at any big carrier. Setting up's also a breeze!

Don't use a lot of data. Mint is pretty expensive for unlimited data but if you use less than that, it's a good price.

Was surprised by Mint's support for 5g.

Finally made the switch despite being skeptical and a Verizon loyal customer. Wish I had switched to Mint sooner! My bill is way too high - almost as much as my car note! The quality of my calls and data is a little worse but it's such a great value.

I have an iPhone 6S and Mint accepts it without issue. It's a good service for the price. I have all my grandkids on Mint and not one of them is disappointed with the service.

I can't believe I'm saving so much money by switching. I was paying about $150 but we finally switched to Mint Mobile. Service is really, REALLY good. You need to try it out!

Happy with the switch so far. I went with one of At&T's prepaid plans and it was far more expensive compared to what Mint Mobile charges. Even at&t's prepaid offers were more expensive ($25 per month if you prepay 300 for a year!?) So glad there's a cheap carrier like Mint!

I needed a simple plan. I barely use data and only need a phone for talking and texting. Mint Mobile gives me that for a very low price.

It's a great deal especially for those laid off in the pandemic or working remotely. If you work remote, it's likely you're using wifi more than your actual data. Fortunately, you're only paying for what you absolutely need!

I should first mention that I've been with Verizon for about 10 years but after seeing my bill over $120 per month, I wanted to see if I could find a way to cut my bill. I googled how to save money on my phone bill and found an article on USA today about how to save money. There I learned about Mint Mobile. And I'm glad I did! I actually moved on from Metro to Mint, and I gotta say it's been a better experience. The bulk pricing's great, activation was easy, and customer service is friendly and prompt. Expect a loyal customer out of me!

Mint Mobile has been very good to me. Solid customer service and coverage. Have recommended it to many friends and family!
