Why would people review this provider negatively? This is such an amazing service! 12GB for $25 a month is the best deal you can possibly get from a carrier and it also uses T-Mobile which works great in metro areas. Never had an issue with service, even when I go hiking in the more remote areas. If you live in a metro area, seriously consider Mint Mobile!

Mint Mobile's cheap but it seems that it's cheap for a reason. I have had so many technical issues since trying to make my first payment. The screen just crashes after I put in my billing info and I can't progress past that point. My account has been suspended because of this! It's like Mint Mobile doesn't even want my money.

Mint Mobile won me over with its low pricing! I was skeptical because of said low pricing but after trying it for myself I realized how exceptionally good this service is! I feel like I want to stay with Mint Mobile forever!

Their new unlimited plan is amazing! So happy they added this plan! Just a huge thank you for all the gigs for low prices!

I'm definitely spreading the good name of Mint Mobile to my friends and family after spending 2 months with the provider. I love the excellent value and strong and consistent coverage. I do wish though that it offers data plans for wearables so they have their own connectivity but hopefully that is planned.

It's easy to use, signal's great, and it's budget friendly. You can't go wrong with Mint Sim.

At first I liked MM. I even prepaid for a full year. But I can't take this service anymore. I'll even eat the cost just so I can switch back to Metro! It's great pricing, sure, but the speeds are so bad. It feels like I'm using dialup!

Let's get the bad out of the way: The data is drained way too quickly. I do the same thing I did with my previous carriers, use the same amount of data, but for some reason the data drains faster. Even worse is that the data becomes unusable after you run out of the high speed data. Now the good: Holy crap the customer service is excellent. They're so helpful and they're quick to make sure you're taken care of.

Mint Mobile is ABSOLUTE TRASH. Forget calling anyone even if you're in a major city. You're not gonna get a hold of ANYONE. Service would be fine if I was in the middle of nowhere, but I'm not! UNACCEPTABLE!

This is a great value! You can't beat the price if you're able to afford the upfront bulk pricing!

The 4g speeds are so much slower than T-Mobile speeds and the signal is weak a lot of the time.

I'm not a fan of the customer service. I got someone who was rude and impatient like he had a bad day. I don't think I'm going to stay with Mint if customer service is like this all the time.

Visible gives me unlimited data than Mint Mobile for the same price! Mint Mobile gives you very little. Beware!

If you're in a good coverage area you'll receive great service. I thought I was fully covered (by checking their coverage map) but I've found a lot of dead spots in my area. I do like the pricing model and they make it easy to switch. They're a good company with helpful customer service but I wish they had better coverage for my area.

Mint Mobile is pretty average but it's cheap. Some areas I have no coverage and in others I have okay coverage. I just don't use my phone a whole lot so it's good for the basics. Customer service isn't good but it's not the worst.
