I hate the customer service. They lie to you and try to push you to another agent.

The iternet is pretty slow but it works okay otherwise.

I'm surprised by Mint Mobile's service! The internet is really fast and there hasn't been any delays or disconnects. It's a great price for what you get!

This is the best deal you can get for phone service but the phone calls are ok. Internet is pretty bad. I can't stream anything with Mint Mobile.

Good low cost plan if you buy annual plan; can't beat unlimited talk/text with 3GB data each month.

Mint Mobile really, really sucks! Surfing the web is a poor experience. Disappointed in the amount of annoyances with this phone. I'm going to be looking for another provider.

I'm glad I switched to Mint Mobile and wished I've done it sooner. I don't know why the bad reviews - I've always had good internet and decent coverage. So much cheaper compared to the other carriers for better results!

It's a pretty good service but I don't like that you can only pay your bill online.

I had the worst experience

All promotional bling. No quality. No disclosure of true cost up front. Other carriers disclose fees & taxes.I feel like a dupe. I keep my phone with me at all times 2 check call notifications. I have missed every call I've received for the past 3 months. I have had to use my back up phone. I must have a phone for my work because I take call. Mint Mobile is a sophisticated scam.

Absolute sham of a company. They said my phone would work with their network (it didn't), and when I tried the SIM card with another phone, the data would only work when I was in the range of a functional WiFi network. Pretty much defeats the point of having data at all if you can't use your phone outside the house. Tried to resolve it with customer service but nobody answers the phone and their chat reps start the conversation but then say nothing for 20+ minutes. Got the sim less then a month. Right away, I could NOT get out going phone line. I type the number and nothing’s happens, I have a strong single, but I can’t get a line out. Thank god I don’t need to call 911, cause I can’t get a line. Call them several time and all they do is to tell me to turn off phone anaphylaxis remove SIM card and put it back in and restart the phone. Do they expect me to do this every time I want to make a call. DO NOT GET MINT MOBILE!

Its going down hill fast! I have been using them for the last 2 years but now my Galaxy S7 was deemed incompatible recently due to their "changes". I don't get texts all of the time (same for my wife who uses a Galaxy S5) and my calls will go to voice mail without even ringing the phone. This has become a disaster. I have to get another carrier. You may have a new "compatible" phone but they make changes and don't care if it outdaes your phone. Support answers the… phone but they don't understand english very well. THREE DAMAGED SIM CARDS. Then I found out they charged my credit card again for a damaged replacement. Refund option is a total lie. I curse this company and it’s employees.

I bought a SIM card plus a 3 months/3GB package on Feb 7, 2020. I received the card on Feb 10th and activated the card. However, unable to make calls, I reached costumer service. After determining that I have no coverage for T-Mobile (their carrier) where I live (their website said I would have no issues with that), we decided it was better for me to get a refund. I went into their website, filled in the return data (which says NO QUESTIONS ASKED) and thought that was the end of it. By April 3rd…, I have yet to receive the refund. I have spoken to at least 7 Mint representatives, all of which have been very friendly and understanding, but at the end of the day, the refund has not been deposited in my account. I even received a mail from them, telling me that because I was asking for a refund 45 days after I placed my order, I could not request it. Somebody did not understand that they are the ones that are 45 days late, not me. In short, I don't know how good their service is, since I never got the SIM card to work. But as far as their refund policy, it does not work. So just know that if you decide to get your money back because you are dissatisfied with the service, you will very likely not get it. called customer service, on hold for 17 min. called repeated times, took 8 calls to reach customer agent! Is there 3 agents covering the US? Pinging my phone at 7am with wanting update to my credit card.....just renewed 3 months ago for a YEAR prepaid service...why do they need to update when I owe them NOTHING? Some of their business practice do not value the customer...HELLO MINT, it makes the cash flow work if you value the customer and are more responsive.

Service would not activate and ported phone number was locked by Mint.THE WORST company I have ever dealt with.

I've had them since July 2017 with no issues, they've only gotten cheaper. At $15/mo to get 3GB (used to be 2GB) of data and unlimited everything else, who can complain? They're cheaper than T-mobile that I had before, and the same coverage (since they are a T-mobile MVNO this makes sense)

Bad Services, 1 star is a lot for Mint mobile!! I cancelled this service transferred my # due to poor reception and Messages issues. Terrible reception and customer service. I request a refund, the make excuses and NO Help with refund, don’t waste your money this company.
