Is Visible phone service any good?

I'm a happy customer. Ported my number over from Verizon. Really glad I made the switch. Customer support was very knowledgeable when I spoke with them. Getting a hold of them can take awhile, but if you're patient you'll be well taken care of.
Needs improvement
Having a decent experience having Visible for a month. Wifi calling works well for me, so even when I have bad connection issues, I can use wifi calling to bypass it. Data on the other hand can be a little spotty. Hopefully they can have better data quality down the line but I'm happy either way.
Declined network service
Support is awesome, setting up was streamlined. But my service: speeds, reception, everything - declined. I know there's deprioritization which is the price we pay for having cheaper service, but service now is pretty subpar.
Takes a little know-how but all good after
If you're techsavvy, you'll be fine with visible. It just takes a little diagnosis on your end when something happens. Most of the time you just need to stay on top of the updates.
Good but is T-Mobile quality
It's pretty good. I'm able to strearm music most of the time but sometimes there are days where I get no connectivity. Visible uses Verizon's network so I have no idea why the service is like T-Mobile.
Dropped calls no matter where I am
It was good at first but then I started to have dropped calls. Doesn't matter where. I can't make or receive important phone calls. I shouldn't need to rely on Wifi and I can't if I'm out traveling.
What's going on, Visible?
A few years ago I joined Visible. They were at the time easy to use, had great coverage, and had fast data. But just a few months ago, service went downhill. It's impossible to contact tech support. The app is broken. It's like they don't want me to use Visible anymore. Well, they did a good job of doing that because I switched to Mint and haven't looked back.
Poor customer service
Pros: I think there premium network is an improvement. Network speeds are fast and service is reliable and consistent. Not a single call has dropped since I swapped sims too. Cons: Customer service. Probably some of the worst customer service. Don't get me wrong, the people are nice, but damn is it hard to get a hold of them. There queue just seems endless.
Piece of crap
I would give Visible 0 stars if I could. Even -100 stars. Visible doesn't work, point blank. They are difficult to contact. Actually impossible. It's a scam that just steals your money. That's it. Stay away!
Affordable with awesome customer service
I love Visible. It was a little tough to figure things out but overall it's been great. It's only $40 to get unlimited talk text AND data. Hotspot's also included. Support's also really fast to respond to my issues. Thanks Visible!
It used to be good
Call drops a lot. I can't make phone calls. At the beginning they're really good but they've only gotten progressively worse. Thinking of Dropping Visible and going to another phone service all together.
Great quality at a great price!
The price and service are amazing. Payment is much simpler than Mint Mobile's system and it has better coverage. It's a high quality service with truly unlimited, fast speeds. 5/5 stars

Great prices terrible customer service
Was trying to get some answers when activating new phone. After waiting 30 minutes for a chat to start it would throw me off line and I had to start all over. It took about 5 hours plus to get helped and then right before the problem was resolved I was switched to another chat person and it threw me offline again! This last time I needed help I waited for 3 hours waiting for someone on chat to answer, I received their usual response about wait due to high volume of chats before me. Left phone on… all night and no one answered at all. I finally used Messenger and they finally responder 4 days later after I filled out a survey on my experience with the company. I am starting to look around for other options.
Tolerable issues
Most of the time visible is great. You download the app and set up it up then you're good to go. It's much cheaper than T-Mobile but there are some cons to go with that. First, customer service is more or less nonexistent. Second, sometimes during the day your connection is throttled. It can take up to a minute to download a page online. If you don't mind those issues then visible would be a good place for you.
Don't rely on CS
It's good until it isn't. Good luck with technical support then. They're unhelpful. I couldn't get calls, texts, or even data no matter what I did. My problem would get escalated, nothing would happen. Rinse and repeat for the next several days. No, I wouldn't recommend this to my family and friends.
Unlimited everything for $45
The unlimited service is a really good value. There are times when I lose calls, which isn't exactly ideal. When that happens I need to reset my phone. Overall, I can't really complain about the service especially when Verizon charge over $100 for unlimited everything.
what customer service?
Worst customer service, even compared to big corporate customer service. That's sad, no matter how you look at it. Smaller companies shouldn't have this bad of customer service, especially if you're trying to keep a loyal customer base.
Great option if you're wanting cheap internet
Visible works in my rural area. Unlimited hotspot makes it great for me to use the internet where I have DSL and nothing better. I'm able to stream and use my Xbox with Visible. Visible's really the best!
