Red Pocket has great cell service, customer support and pricing! We save so much and we have great service.

Other companies pay attention to Red Pocket's customer service! A+++++++ work! They are patient and polite and walked me through every step of activating my phone.

Service is terrible. Long waiting times, takes 30+ minutes to get a hold of a representative. We still can't get anyone to fix our network issues for us.

I wish I could give these guys 0 stars because I would. Managed to get a refund but service was really bad. When I tried to contact support about it, all they did was give me scripted answers that don't even work. Went to Ultra Mobile instead.

I switched from Verizon to Red Pocket. The process went overall smoothly. It's hard to beat unlimited talk and text and a few gigs of data for the price they offer!

I've had an incredible experience with RedPocket Mobile. I wanted a cheaper carrier that also had Verizon's network and so I adopted RedPocket. So far I have yet to be disappointed. Number ported easily, customer service is excellent.

Red Pocket is a great value, almost impossible to beat. You can get any major network with Red Pocket. Everything works smoothly. Customer support is friendly and good at what they do. The one gripe I would have is the fact that the instructions are difficult to understand.

Red Pocket is a scam of a company. Never got what was advertised! VoLTE and WiFi calling doesn't work. Their coverage is awful despite them supposedly being on Verizon's network. Can't even make calls half the time. They don't even want to spend the time to fix their broken service!

The pricing is great! I thought I wouldn't get the best service for what I was paying but I was wrong! The service is actually quite good!

Red Pocket is AMAZING! I jumped around a few carriers - Unreal Mobile, Ting, and Metro - and all of them were really bad. I almost gave up but decided to give Red Pocket a go. But turns out Red Pocket is REALLY REALLY good! Coverage, pricing, customer service are all fantastic.

Red Pocket is amazing! Just got my friends to try the service because I couldn't stop raving about it. Online tech support is great, the service is high tier, and the bills are so, SO much lower compared to AT&T and Verizon!

Really happy with the service. We were with Verizon before but we couldn't stand the monthly fees. We had switched to RedPocket and we've been happier ever since. I purchased an annual plan for just a couple hundred - which is almost the same price as one month of Verizon service! Customer support has also been excellent.
