I used redpocket for 2 years with 2 different annual plans. During monthly cycle coverage would stop and I would have CS fix it but not too bad. Second year 6 months in unable to get signal at my home and most areas I go. Spent 3 hrs on support line with no solution . I had to switch to from CDMA to GSM (my phone can use either) but I lost 1 month of service. Overall average at best and avoid annual plans due to random changes in reception.

Red Pocket is the best bang for your buck. You'll have access to all of the carriers. Almost everything worked as expected and the one issue I had the customer service rep effectively helped me. The only issue is that the setup instructions are confusing.

I feel ripped off! The signal is terrible so I guess you get what you pay for. Avoid RedPocket if you want good phone service.

The unlimited plan is such a sham. They will cut you off from your data if you use too much not even throttle!

Been paying for Red Pocket for 2 yrs now and it continues to be the best decision I ever made. The phone is great and the customer support is knowledgeable and friendly. They make sure the service stays running smoothly for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Red Pocket!

I go fishing often in a rural area and even though the coverage map said I was covered. Turns out there was no SERVICE and when I tried to get a refund they refused. Don't go with these thiees.

Unlimited isn't unlimited! RED POCKET WILL COMPLETELY CUT YOU OFF! Red Pocket will cut you off for heavy usage. I got cut off when the company thought I was texting too much. I didn't even get a warning!

I'm on I 've had no dropouts, data issues or connection issues of any kind service is sometimes not strong but AT&T is the same and costs twice as much. My biggest issue is that whenever I use the free international call feature after the call is started I have to redial in the phone number with country codes again.

This has been the best provider I've ever used! Thank goodness Red Pocket exists! It saves me $100s each year!

I keep having technical issues but the customer service has been very friendly and helpful. It's also a cheap service.

It took a whole week to get my sim card. Constantly get zero and one bars in my own house. Customer service has been very useless and unable to solve my problems. Strangers keep texting me and I get a lot of spam. I feel like they sold my number to marketers.

I would give Red Pocket 0 out of 5 stars if I could but here are just a few issues I have with the company: they sell you a cheap plan thanks to a promotion but they already pulled it right in the 2nd month because I "used too many minutes." I purchased unlimited minutes so why am I not getting unlimited minutes? Don't call it unlimited then!

Listen when I say that the customer service for Red Pocket is some of the worst I've ever seen.

My data speeds always seem to be throttled. What gives? Moving onto another provider.
