    Data Block - not truly unlimited

    I used to love spectrum mobile. We were loyal customers and referred everyone we need to them. They were fabulous! That is until we moved. Unfortunately my new state does not offer spectrum but they did allow me to keep my mobile service even though I had to cancel my internet. What I found out however, is that they're unlimited is not truly unlimited. Once I hit the 20 gig cap, they completely data blocked me. Not slowed me down, which I totally could have lived with, but shut me off completely. I am not able to access anything at all including bill pay sites. The only reason I reach the 20 gig limit is because my new internet company can't install for 2 weeks. So now I'm stuck having to go to the library just to pay bills because I refuse to go to Starbucks and use some random guest login to conduct sensitive business. I will be switching plans to a truly unlimited as soon as possible.

    Would not recommend at all

    I have there most unlimited plan and that comes with unlimited talk and text and they say unlimited data but that's not true you get 30 gigs of 5g high speed data a month and once that runs out it goes down to a speed that is slower the the old diel up internet also if you have the newest 5g phones you will run through your 30 gigs in about 11 days and after that you can barely use any internet related services or apps from a simple Google search or trying to load Facebook via the app

    Representatives need more customer service training

    Representative neglected to explain Spectrum was actually charging $659 for a iPad. Only stated payment info was needed for shipment not it was used to start a payment plan.

    Very bad!!!!!! Don’t switch to them if you are thinking of it. This is my second time having a problem with them. First time took me two days.. This this time been on the phone with them from 7 am to 6 pm and the problem is still not fixed . I had to call them back 8 times..I can’t receive any calls or texts. They keep saying they will fix it and it hasn’t been done. I’m about to cut my service and go back to team mobile.. I wouldn’t recommend spectrum mobile to anyone. They cables service and internet is good but not mobile.. So again Don’t do it…

    This is the worst cell phone service

    They have no help or assistance!! They just push the issue off on Samsung!! The customer service was also TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GET PHONE SERVICE WITH SPECTRUM

    It took over a month for this company to release all our phones back to Verizon. They continued to charge us, and on three of our five lines, they said they were canceling the line, and didn't. So we had to continue to hound them. It feels like they hold you hostage as long as possible so they can bleed every last dime out of you. When you call they pass you around to 5-6 people, and everyone is like "well it was never canceled." So BAD!!

    The service itself is not that bad I have my wifi through them as well as my mobile but their customer care support team are just awful if you get a guy named TJ or marquis just try someone else because not only do they not know anything about how to fix any problems but they lie that they've fixed the problem in order to just get you off the phone. After 10 calls later and me getting to a guy named Kevin only then was I actually helped. It was awful I had to wait on hold for so long to only get connected to people who knew nothing about their own job. I wouldn't recommend spectrum. Get another service if you're thinking of spectrum.

    They SUCK

    I switched my Mobile service to Spectrum on March 9th. The service was so bad that I decided to cancel within the 14 days. I called on March 23rd or 24th to cancel the rep told me I was within the 14 days and he sent me an empty box and label to return the iPhone 13 promax. I received the the box on the 25th and immediately packed up the phone and took it to FedEx that day. I received a bill for the amount of the phone on Apr 11 called and informed someone that I returned the phone. She told me not to worry about it and that she will take care of it. Boy was I wrong! On May 11 I received another bill not only did Spectrum try to pull over $1000 out of my account for a phone that was returned to them in a box they sent to me with a label they generated but they are THEY are calling me a thief! I called this company again on yesterday and was on the phone with 2 reps both over and hour. I called and asked for a manager and the Rachel insisted on assisting me. She not only asked me for information about the tracking number that I received from Spectrum which I provided but she had the nerve to tell me that the phone was returned to my house and that I need to contact the police and call FedEx to run a trace I’ve told this girl the tracking number I gave you was the tracking number that I received from spectrum for the empty box that I used to send back the phone. I have never in my life dealt with someone who was so incompetent that I could just scream. I ask for the supervisor that I called for initially after an hour spending time on the phone for nothing. Then she had the nerve to tell me that I will receive a call from a supervisor within 24 to 48 hours. I will never ever deal with spectrum mobile again and as soon as my neighborhood have more than spectrum Internet I will be leaving this godforsaken company. I will be contacting their corporate office and they need to find that phone that I sent back to them and delete that bill what a trashy company.

    They still billed me even my number transferred

    Their billing system and network coverrage suck. They still billed me even I transferred my number to another network for more than 1 month. I had to call them to remove my accounts on their system even my number is working on new sim card.
