Excellent customer service!
Today we went to the Inverness, Florida Spectrum store to change our mobile service to Spectrum and purchase a phone. This was a process we dreaded but walked out of the store happy with smiles on our faces. We worked with Bruce who was terrific! He was knowledgeable, patient, kind, honest and fun to interact with. He was meticulous in making sure everything was switched over correctly, giving us the best deal and making sure we were completely satisfied. He gets an A+ from us. Bruce is a valuable asset to the company and the store! Great customer service!
The price is great
Just changed to Spectrum from AT&T becasue the price for unlimited data is better. Took my phone to the Spectrum store in Spartanburg SC on E Main and was helpled by Mark who transfered all my data and pictures to my new phone. He was very personable and did the transfer with no problem. My customer service experience was great.
Appalling Service and Support
My wife and I, seniors, switched to Spectrum Mobile to try to save money. Within a week, I noticed that my friends weren't responding to my emails. Then my phone started blowing up with two dozen emails from the last five days! Fluke? It happened twice more with me and twice with my wife's phones. The only way we could be sure of getting our emails. was to power off/on our phones. Tech support was useless, telling us to do the same thing. Even worse, after spending hours with them, we asked for a supervisor and the woman argued with us and then hung up! We went to T-Mobile and they have a senior plan that gave us more coverage and reliability at the same cost as Spectrum. Spectrum is no bargain!

Was good in the beginning but after awhile as mentioned here on the bad ratings, calls drop and customer service is a waste of time because they won’t help solve anything. Seems to be the same guy over and over I deal with each time I called! Still nothing resolved yet! Either they really don’t care or really don’t even know what they’re doing!

Great price, same devices and good deals on them, uses the Verizon network.
Nothing I’m impressed with
I just switched and I am more regretful than impressed. The cellular service is no better than their internet. I was hoping that wouldn’t be the case.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT GET SERVICE
These people are so uncaring its not even funny all they want is money and that's it!!!!! I did hear that they were okay and cheap yea you know the saying you get what you pay for period DONT GET THIS SERVICE.....I bought a phone and the first day I had it I had nothing but problems and called 3 or 4 times before the 14 days and I work a job that I need my phone it's my money maker I'm always on it calling customers and what not...I dropped a bunch of calls not receiving phone calls or text or voice-mails do not get any phone from them they are all cheap and pos service after all that they are making me pay for a thousand for a phone I had to shut off and get at&t if you want good service go to att I love the service and phone and it's the SAME PHONE so people please do not go with this service at all it's horrible and all they want is your money
I have had them for 5 months I don’t get calls or text messages. I have to sit in a certain area in my house to get any service or phone calls. It’s actually hurting my relationship bc he thinks I’m ignoring him. When I didn’t even get the call
There in store Customer service is very bad
In-store customer service is terrible me and my whole family and I would encourage everybody else to go to another carrier like T-Mobile.
