here is the email I sent to them:
I am very concerned about what happened last week.
In order to keep my minutes, you require me to renew manually. I tried to, the way I always have, by phoning in a payment. Without notice, this time your staff asked a bunch of questions and said that they wouldn’t take my payment. I phoned at least ten times to pay you, with little luck.
Apparently, you’re doing things differently and you decided not to inform me. I was on my way out of town and it was the last day to pay without losing the minutes.
Your staff refused my payment, refused to let me speak with a supervisor several times, hung up on me, insisted that I “log on to my account,” retrieve a password that I never received by email, etc. ad nauseum.
I don’t have internet service and I do little business on the internet. Your staff insisted that they emailed me and “you need to log on to your account.”
The only thing that worked was when I phoned and shouted continuously for over fifteen minutes at your worker. They then decided to accept my payment, and they said that they won’t do it again until I learn their new regulations, rules, processes and payment procedures.
I requested an apology for the mistreatment. Your staff declined saying that didn’t do anything wrong.
The poor service and the large amount of time it took just to pay my bill has forced me to reconsider keeping your service.
Please offer a financial remedy and apology for the horrible experience I had with your staff last week while just conducting routine business like paying a bill.
Pay only for what you actually use!!
The customer service is a bit rude. They enforced me to fix a problem I couldn't handle. You know, I needed help from them because I couldn't solve the problem. The customer service wasn't helpful for me.
Paying for what I need and good data coverage? I can't say any bad things about this company.
Tello is easily the best low-priced phone service I've used in a long time. Not only is the cellular coverage decent but customer service is very friendly.
Tello is cheap, but their data speeds can be a little slow.

Tello is a fantastic alternative to the companies like T-Mobile. Their plans are very affordable. I just wish they offer data rollover.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Tello! Its plans are convenitn and super cheap! I was paying $60 a month. Now I'm only paying $25 for a similar plan!
