Tech came at wrong I missed the appointment. Didn't call as instructed. Called and waited over an hour to reschedule. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. This is not a one time thing either. They fucking suck dick!

Calls to Customer No Service result in exceedingly long wait times. Technicians are often unable to solve even minor equipment issues. Company simply does not care about servicing customers.

We experience frequent signal drops that interrupt show and sporting events. A call to customer service is then routed to India and the language gap games begin.

After an excruciating experience of finally getting the rep to understand the problem, I'm told that there is no outage in my area. The only conclusion I can come to is that our area is not a priority to Suddenlink and they have no political or humane reason to be of any help.

Also, our internet rate recently went up with no improvement in service. The experience that I've described has taken place dozens, yes, dozens of time with no remedy offered.

Been a customer for about 10 years and every year they try to increase my bill by adding additional charges or upgrading me to packages without my consent. I will say after calling and being on hold for sometimes up to 30 minutes and talking to several representatives sometimes they are able to get my bill down to a reasonable price.

I signed up for cable and internet in December 2019, it took 5 different people over a two week span to get cable and internet. Customer service said they would credit the two weeks without the service. It is now the end of March and a credit has not shown up on my bill. Also I was suppose to receive a $100 Amazon gift card which still hasn't came. I called about the issues and was told the supervisor is still working on the credit and that it would take up to three months before the Amazon card is sent. I had Direct TV and they were suppose to buy out my contract which they still haven't done.

400 Internet still not strong enough for streaming, even with no other internet use in the house but that, cable channels go out esp on the sports, on demand or recordings the sound or pic goes in and out, so upgraded with the same problems, also they changed my home number I had for 14 years without notice and will not change it back as promised. Have had 2 service calls come to my house just to say the problem is on the pole outside and they will put in a work order and still no work order has been done since Oct 2019, had another service man come and said it’s a filter on the outside line and he took it off, service still has not changed and on my bill was charged $60 for work the technician put in his notes that was done inside, total lie! Called customer service and they refuse to take that $60 charge off, because the tech’s note says the work was done inside. Also I called and cancelled movie channels that were free to try but kept being charged because they did not take them off and I had no idea until after I had paid for it twice more and hadn’t even watched them. I did not know they were still on there, like I said I had called and cancelled it. The promises of upgrading and getting an Amazon gift card is a lie, never received it, the buy out your contract is a lie, never got credit off my bill for the $189 I paid up to get out of Direct TV’s contract. I have made multiple calls, with no resolution just get transferred multiple times to get nowhere. I was on the phone one day was transferred 4x and was on the phone with them 3hrs NO LIE!!! I just feel defeated because there is limited other choices that I hear are not much better. The Better Business Bureau is my next option.

It can take weeks to get anyone who will actually try to help you by phone. Every call leaves you on hold for an average of 2 hours. Most agents will outright refuse to help you because the office system is down. When you finally get an agent who says they will help you, most of them make promises, offers, or say they are schedulin tech service or making changes but then they do not follow through. After a few weeks you maight get an actual agent to help you but then they will tell you the offers and promises of the other agents are not valid and/ or the information was not entered into the system. I have even had several agents tell me that other agents lied to me (literally saying they lied to me) and are not authorized to make those offers, promises, or changes. If a tech shows up when scheduled about half of them will refuse to do their job and tell you they will send out a tech in a few weeks. The truth is, the only reason this company has any customers at all is because they hold a monopoly in most areas they provide service. The company and its employees do not care because they do not have to. The only listed numbers for their company are all automated and after they collect your info they connect you to the local customer service agents who you have an issue with when you try to file any kind of complaint. Their corporate website will do this to you as well and gives no actual contact info for corporate. There is no way to report the outright FRAUD commited by agents and bait and switch illegal tactics used by sales reps. Their is no way to report anything to corporate. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered with any company. There is no accountability for any of the employees. If they didnt have these illegal monopolies they would go out of business.

Was constantly pestered by local sales rep. He was at my front door every week. Finally signed up for all in one service and had continuous problem with the cable box, it had to be replaced 3x now. I was promised a $150 Amex gift card after 90 days. Called the rep and I just get the runaround. I'm cancelling Suddenlink and DO NOT recommend to ANYONE!

Horrific from day one. Can never get ahold of a real person. I had to walk into our local provider and they advised they do not take calls. I upgraded to 400 mbs, and still get horrible service. I have had a service tech over twice and as soon as they leave, the slow internet speeds, or lack thereof continues. They are the only providers in my area that have supposed speeds of 100 or more, but I am starting to think that another provider may be the answer.
