I loose service at least once a day. Sometimes 3 times in a row
TO SUM IT UP---HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY, DEPT. AND ATTITUDES THEY LIE AND DON'T CARE.. MUST BE INVESTIGATED!
Horrific from day one. Can never get ahold of a real person. I had to walk into our local provider and they advised they do not take calls. I upgraded to 400 mbs, and still get horrible service. I have had a service tech over twice and as soon as they leave, the slow internet speeds, or lack thereof continues. They are the only providers in my area that have supposed speeds of 100 or more, but I am starting to think that another provider may be the answer.
Promises high speeds. Best down loads are all over the place ! 0.70 to 8.0. Bogus speeds, 12 hours waiting for Tech support - no show, can not be reached via phone !
faxline is not working ,its a business line that tech is urgently needed,nobody showed up when they said they will,no phone calls either.
I called Suddenlink for help with suddenlink.net with the spam folder. It never treats an email as spam no matter how many times you place it in the spam folder. Yahoo & bellsouth both do. The suddenlink representative said they don't work that way. Why have a spam folder & a trash folder if the spam folder is not designed to work.
They are the only provider in the area the cost is very high it’s slow and constantly drops lags several cable channels have bad audio/video. They send techs which start a service job one day and day oh well be back tomorrow but never do.
Unfortunately suddenlink was the only cable provider in my area. Otherwise I would've chose something else. I get HALF of what I've paid for!
Notsosuddenlink is COMPLETE GARBAGE. Outages DAILY, slow internet, and constantly being pushed to upgrade my package. I'm finding new charges all the time! Now there's a Network Enhancement Fee????? What is that!? It's just another cable company screwing you over!
Price is too high. There are a lot of channels offered, but hardly any of them are good. Customer service is good; they respond quickly. But I'm thinking about cutting the cord.
Installation was very fast. Customer service director is a bit rude but helpful.
Suddenlink is great for TV. I get directv with suddenlink for less than what DTV charges without hidden fees
