I have never experienced such a horrible customer service! This is throughout the company. The only person that was nice was who sold me the service. It took forever to receive my device! Once I got it, I could not find anyone that would help me set it up. I then went to a store in Westminster and it was hell. Someone called Javier, spent his entire time on his cell while the store had close to 25 people waiting. I waited 5 and 1/2 hours and when I asked him how much longer should I have to wait…, he asked me if I had bought the phone from that store When I said that I bought it from Spectrum by phone, he said: "Well, you did not buy the phone from this store, so I do not have to help you and yes, go sit down and wait." I asked to talk to the manager and he said: "I am the manager and I run the show here, so sit down and wait". Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! You call them and you are on hold for 40 or 50 minutes. Once they answer they transfer you always to the "wrong office". In total, to make a stupid question, I spent 8 hours of my time at their service. No apologies, no corrections, nothing. I am already with another carrier, but if you stay, you are helping them to stay in business at your expense. Spectrum taking money out of my account monthly for a phone I didn't even have, I sent it back I spent hours literally hours on phone calls and they also oh yeah we'll take care of that we'll take care of that and it never got taken care of. I never got my money back and now I've been sent a letter from a collection agency! I can't tell you how angry I am with this company.

I try to watch youtube with them, but it keeps buffering. If I go inside a store I get disconnected from the internet. I've never had these problems with AT&T, Sprint, or T Mobile. The service is cheaper, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

They lie about what your going to pay, could care less about how long you’ve been with them, provide no other way that credit card to pay. Screw these guys. Worse mistake ever.

Was promised a $45 bill and I actually have an $80 bill. Salesman did the same shit with internet. Instead of upgrading me, he left my old service on so that I paid for two internets. Fuck these people

3rd month on Spectrum mobile. They have no spam intercept. Previously T Mobile would intercept a spam call and a spam notice would show on my phone. No spam calls. I get 10 to 20 spam calls with Spectrum Mobile per day. I’m changing now.

switched from verizion in April 2021. service is not as good as verizion, dropped calls, calls that never route to phone (lost calls). When called they could care less. Acted like it happens all the time. Every person I talked to was not empowered to make any decisions. Every person was lacking in training and give incorrect information. Seems like they are looking for an argument and rough around the edges. My advice to anyone considering mobile service ---- RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!

I went in there to upgrade my phone i wanted the note 20 ultra when the guy brought the box out and it didnt say ultra i questioned him about asked if it was the note. 20 ultra because that was what i wanted he assured me more then once it was. I found out just outside the 14 day return he sold me the wrong phone now they wont do anything about it and im paying $1000 for a phone i didnt ask for. You cant trust anyone and no one cares that they messed up. All they care about is getting your mo…ney. Maybe they should use it to train their employees!Show more

Mostly we have been OK with Spectrum mobile. But, in Oregon, both the Coos Bay-North Bend area and La Pine-Bend areas service is spotty, either no service at all or very poor connectivity. We haven't been out of Oregon since we switched 2 months ago. We have been staying mostly local and so cannot report about other areas of Oregon either.

TERRIBLE RECEPTION outside inside anywhere ! Don’t get my calls - does nothing pick up WiFi in home charges data when you have WiFi ! Worst decision ever and NO RESOLUTION ON ISSUES WITH CUSTOMER SEVICE

I was with Verizon and changed to Spectrum. The coverage is much worse. I have a lot more dead zones, the data and internet fails all the time. If it’s busy in town your service gets much worse. It’s just terrible.

it has been the worst service imaginable through 5 different people trying to set my new phones up for purchase and still did not get it completed...if this is how they set you up , i can imagine the service, I m staying at sprint..

I made a big mistake by agreeing to at least get the phone and look over things. I called and canceled immediately and they were supposed to send me a return label to send the phone back. I never received the label couldn't find an address to return it to because they're saying there's no way to do this without the label. Now they're trying to charge me for the phone no matter what never been activated never has been used barely was out of the box then boxed up every. They�…39;ve been checking money out of an account that I told him not to do but they had to have an account number on file. Now they're saying they never had no such conversation about a return label being sent. They were trying to make me pay for a phone well now I had to cancel my service because they've been taking money out every month for service I don't even have and never did have. Highly manipulative and deceptive agent used high pressure tacticts to 'sell' a phone and service to an old lady of 85 years living on social security and using a walker. They refused to take back unopened phone without charging multiple fees.

Had Metro for $100, unlimited everything! Switched to Spectrum, was told $73 for 2 lines, nope not even close!! Every month my bill is different. Other services have unlimited everything, get with the program Spectrum! No one can survive on 1 GB then charge an extra $14 if you go over!! You basically are NOT unlimited with Spectrum!! Now I'm stuck in my contract!

Spectrum Mobile is a company that has no policy in place to rectify any problems that may arise with your phone . Although the service is CHEAPER BUYER PLEASE BEWARE . Be prepared for rickety service and the RUN AROUND GALORE if you encounter an issue

could not be any worse every one I called to get a new phone had no idea what to do to help me. after talking to 5 people they disconnected my call. now I am waiting for a phone at full price to be shipped to me.

Ive been a customer for their internet for several years. Almost never any drops and good prices:speeds. Figured mobile would be the same way. When I actually have connection, it’s good. It’s quick. But that’s when I HAVE connection. I’m almost always running on 1 or 2 bars, and even then it hardly loads anything. I’ve seen “1x” more times in a week with spectrum than I have in 5+ years of ATT. Maybe I need to call someone and see if there’s an issue or something. For $45 I can…’t complain too much, but I can complain when the service isn’t even working most of the time. Only been using this service for a week and a half and I’m considering going somewhere else soon.Show more

These people lied to me about multiple hot spots. Everyone needs to stand up against this “unlimited lie” unlimited means without limits. They give you 20 gigs and slow the rest down. That’s not cool. If there actually was hot spots everywhere, it would be okay. My service is poor and all they can do to help you is to throw you a disclaimer. Been a headache ever since I decided to switch. Ordered two phones and took forever to get the order processed, finally got processed and got the phones. Two weeks later someone through the company ordered me two more phones and charged my account without authorization. Talked to so many different people, people hanging up on me, and not letting me talk to a supervisor. Still waiting to get my refund after they made me a whole new account so I would have two accounts and four phones through them….Show more
