Dishonorable company with incompetent sale people
I was moving had to use new address to set up mobile account told sale person not at address yet ask that phone be mailed to address I was at said ok never did anyone explain phone could only go to address on account someone signed for it 10 days before I moved in and spectrum said I was responsible for phone this was their mistake "incompetence" I ve notice you're told different things by different people "incompetence" you are given poor information by incompetent p…eople

I switched from iPhone to Samsung s21 5G no data, The customer service doesn’t know how to turn the data on I’m only able to call and text but I can’t use the Internet in my new cell phone call them like 20 times and change the Sim card four times. They have a lack of experience and staff. I don’t recommend them.
The phone service itself works fine.
Customer help is horrible. No communication between the stores and the company. Good luck getting a phone issue fixed. I am ready for an upgrade but can't even call the local store to se if they have any phones. BTW they don't have any. The people in customer service are nice but can't help you. They have no contact to the stores.

My experience is so bad I’m paying a fee that I don’t feel is accurate just so I can call and disconnect my service all together I absolutely hate spectrum mobile and will be contacting a lawyer
Don’t call to get information.
I called spectrum mobile because my wife and I thought it might make sense to switch. All I wanted to know is weather or not we could both keep our phone numbers. First the agent asked for my imei number, nest he wanted to know my birthdate, and then he asked for my social security number. I asked him why he needed my social security number, he said the system needed it for the inquiry. I did not give him my social and hung up. The next thing I know, my current carrier is sending my email accou…nt access codes that I did not request.
STAY AWAY!
Zero stars, really. They messed up my order and then I tried to get it straightened out but after more than 3 hours total on hold, at least 6 phone calls to them, calls to Fed Ex trying to track down the phone, and being transferred to different people, being told different things on different days, and being told 'they can't fully refund my money' I finally cancelled. They say they will refund most of my money once they track down the phone they sent to the wrong address; except… for between $60 and $70 in taxes and fees. So, in summary, I am paying for their mistakes and incompetence. A total rip off.
I'm a new customer 1 week I cannot get voicemail
Customer service horrible in store an through app no resolution to my problem 3 days now I have only had the phone a week even with a live person on the other end still no voicemail

Customer Service lies to get your business.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered, tells you one thing and come billing time ,hold on they try to get you . Nothing adds up. I do not recommend spectrum for anything, mobile, cable or internet.
Worst Experience
We switched over the $29 unlimited plan. It took 5 days to be able to fully move all my lines which resulted in frustrating 2-3 hour hold times each time. We decided to cancel spectrum service and go back to AT&T. Worst experience ever, do not recommend.

I was on the phone for over 3:30mins just to get my order right. My order still hasn’t be shipped. I’m canceling my order. Horrible customer service.
Terrible service
The cell phone service and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I've had their internet for the last decade and am considering getting rid of them for good.
$29.99 plan
$29.99 plan is great, but not for current customers. Terrible policy, reminds me of AT&T policy and why I left them.
Cricket was complete trash, Spectrum is horrendous
At least, I had steady internet with Cricket, Spectrum constantly spotty connection, very slow and inconsistent. In general, I went from bad to worse with internet features.
Louzy service. Worse than Sprint
I admit the customer service people have always been nice and helpful to a point but the service is absolute garbage! I travel all over the country for work. I can be in a major city with 5 bars and a 5G signal and I constantly get a message that I'm not connected to a network and I have to power down the phone and turn it back on I'm going back to Verizon!

I was told for just trying the service I would receive 1gb of internet free for 3 years. This was great until it did not happen. Additionally when the phone was in the same store as I was it did not receive my calls. Calls dropped happened several times daily. Dont do it.
This is the worst mobile service I have used.
I thought sprint was bad. Well spectrum blew away the competition in the 1 star award. Terrible service through and through. Bait and switch in the beginning and no reception in the end.
I would give them negative stars if I could.
My dad had an issue trying to pay his bill. He was literally trying to give them money and pay for his phone and the customer service wouldn't let him do it claiming he was not listed on his own plan! Then proceeded to put me on speaker phone and laugh at me when I asked why they were making it difficult for my dad to pay them. He got so upset and frustrated he switched providers a few days later. Spectrum is disgusting and they need to go out of business. Avoid them please
