Is Spectrum Mobile phone service any good?

I see everyone complaining about customer service, I TOTALLY agree BUT I did not have to deal with them concerning my phone. I have had no service interruption and in the area I live that's remarkable! I'm pleased with the phone I had to purchase and they did offer 24 months with no interest so it is what it is, at $6/mo I actually like the phone I purchased. Service is impeccable and for no more data than I use, this price is phenomenal.
Horrible customer service.
Been trying to handle a problem since I switched. Every time I call I get a different answer. Worst decision I made switching to them. Not worth the $20 a month I'm saving from Verizon.
Everything is based on the internet.
I went in to upgrade my phone after having spectrum mobile for a year. I was told that because I no longer have their interest service that I couldn’t upgrade. I have at&t and I’m not getting spectrum internet again so I guess I’m leaving. I wish I read about spectrum mobile before signing up with them.
Lied about pricing
They lied about the monthly cost and when I returned the phone after 3 days they charged my credit card for the full price without my authorization claiming that the phone was damaged.
No service to speak of
Cheap if you don't use data network. Otherwise, not a savings at all.
Not so easy to start service

Switched from AT&T. We have much better service and pay less.

The Phone and Connectivity!!
We were with another carrier for over 18 years and found them to get worse with no support. Contacted Spectrum this was the best move we have made. No problems with the phone or connectivity. Also the Agent we worked with was the best and most support person!! We are out of Carson City NV and his name is Charlie Silvers. Best move we have made also changed over with our TV and Internet...
Slow data poor phone service beware and stay away
Spectrum is liars we started our service with spectrum and ordered a iPad and an iPhone 11+ when will you see the iPad both of them were wrong they sent me the iPhone 11 regular I was told to open it up and use it until the iPhone plus arrived and then sent back the iPhone 11 regular after sending it back I get a bill for $300 because they found a little tiny scratch on it I don’t think it was Fair to be charged $300 when I was told to open the device and use it so beware of what you were told… or record it because they will get you that’s a promise it happened to me

I went from running out of minutes from listening to music, and now I can listen all day every day and never have to worry about it!!!

I hated it. I was charged a tolal of 100+ for less than 1 month service, lied to about the phone I would recieve which was supposed to be an iphone but was sent an android that cost $150 and 60 dollar in data charges when I had Wi-Fi on 24/7. Data was not suppose to be being use with Wi-Fi on, connected to my modem or hptspots everyday. It was the worst mobile service I ever received
You force people to take auto pay on
The data is not unlimited, secondly they will not let you change your bill date lastly they force you to take auto pay on either debit or credit card meaning you have no choice and they don’t tell you this upfront . Spectrum lies

They care nothing about the customer. Greedy and force automatic payments on you. Don’t even think you can change your bill date either. Spectrum Mobile cares nothing about you as a customer.
They are running a scam
They sent me a used phone and gave me half a refund. They are not at all interested in customer service and don’t want anything to do with you once they have your money. Con artists.
Everything; THE worst customer service
I HAD cable & internet but not after the customer service I experienced with the mobile service. I was illegally signed up for service after I told them I would reconsider, and follow up another day. They charged me and signed me up 6 hours later, never read a disclaimer & never told about mandatory auto-pay or "unlimited" data being cut off after 20GB. They also sent the phones to the wrong location. There is no worse customer service on the planet; I swear by that.

Terrible servicio... me enviaron un celular defectuoso. Cuando me enviaron el remplazo que ni siquiera estaba en su caja original y este no se puede activar...ya me han hecho llamar más de 6 veces y todavÃa no tengo servicio. Pedà Me enviaran un celular nuevo pero no quisieron resolver. Tampoco quieren que vaya directo a una tienda y llevo una semana perdida llamando a servicio al cliente para repetir una y otra vez la misma información sin éxito alguno
They lie
I will never deal with this company again they charge a extra $20 for not having there internet stay away from this service and they have horrible customer service
customer service, inability to reach store
After 3 trips to store salesperson was suppose to call me back---they work on commission She called two hours after allotted agreed time, The plan was to finish setting up account. Needless to say that did not occur. No way to call into store and find out if particular salesperson working. And customer service kept moving me around so I was on hold over an hour and they still couldn't help. Been AT&T wireless customer 20 years and can't wait to go back to them. Spectrum's… service makes AT&T service a walk in the park. ABSOLUTELY do not try Spectrum's mobile service just to save money. Complete waste of your time. After this will probably cancel all service with Spectrum/Charter since they do not appreciate loyal customers

Switched plans from Att and went in to mobile store in Shiloh IL. Sherrie is the woman that helped us and it was great! Easy to do for 3 phones and 3 plans. The plan and service has been wonderful!
