Everything they’re Criminals

Horrible ..They sent me a phone I wasn’t supposed to have then when I returned the phone they said it was damaged and charged me $500.00. Horrible Criminals. Warning Do Not Do Business or You’ll regret it.

This is the worst company every they force you to add payment information to auto draft monthly and you can not pay any other way. I wish I knew this before transferring services!! I cannot wait to be done with this company. ALSO every single time you call they try to sell you something you already have I am so OVER THEM!!

Customer service is terrible.

I went with Spectrum to save money on my bill. The phone service itself is not as good as Verizon like they claim. The customer service it awful. I lost my phone and when I got it replaced it is taking 4 DAYS to get turned back on. Customer service will NOT help me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to someone that could help get my phone activated. Done with this company.

This company is full of lies and false advertimeme

Like everyone else I was told that I would save 40% over any other carrier. In the begging it was true. I have 4 lines so I thought that it would be best in I pay off 2 phones plus drop to a lower plan. This caused my bill to increase so I called "customer service" just to listen to their psycho babbel excuses and accomplish nothing. I found out the hard way that Sprint and Verizon still beats Spectrum in the long run. Do not waste your time switching it only saves you money for a couple months but they will get it all back.

Not clear on how it works

The worst ever, they don’t explain very well on how the service works or what hidden fees they have. If you are on the gig plan just to save money it’s not worth it. Also if you happen to finance your phone and you decide to pay it in full , they want you to call them to request the phone unlock. The person I spoke to stated it will take 24 hours for this process. Nothing happened and I call Spectrum again and now they say it takes about 5 days. That’s crazy.

They lied

Worst deal ever!! They told me unlimited everything and want to charge me $300 for “ going over my gig” !!!! They will even charge you to return the phones back. So I have to pay them $200 just to cut them off (there’s no contact).. so why do I have to give when they the ones that lie about their offers and deals..

The coverage

New to service, so may need to update this after I receive my first bill. Supposed to get a rebate for turning in my old phone. Had to keep calling to get the mailing label. Hopefully will get there in time to qualify for the rebate. Also, may ride on Verizon lines, but my coverage sucks even though the coverage map drills down to my specific address with 4GTE service. Calls drop and call quality is really terrible at my house. Customer service people are really friendly, but no explanation for poor quality calls. Can't go wrong with the price though ($14 inclusive) - assuming that when I get my bill all is as stated.

Horrible customer service

Returned two phones after three days and went straight back to T-Mobile. Customer service is garbage they don’t give a rats ass about keeping you as a customer, and then auto charged my card for “damages” to one of the brand new phones. The damages were finger prints which lowered the value of the phone according to them! Refused to take my card off file luckily my bank wouldn’t accept the charge so I told them to shove off and they can bill me and I’ll dispute it. Customer service rep talked over me and kept telling me I was wrong and they can charge what they like because I agreed that any damages I would pay for. Funny since both phones were immediately in cases as soon as they came via the mail and I only had them three days. Fingerprints can be wiped off. Just a bunch of thieves. Never had issues with their internet which is separate but I don’t know what kind of games they’re playing in this other section

Everything I want my money back

They never explain me how everything works in when I send the cellphone back in tha same condition before the 14 days they still charge me 121 dollar that is not correct

Horrible costumer service

Costumer service is horrible. The wait is forever they keep transferring you and each one of them has a absolutely no clue. They lied to me about the plan and ednded up being different from what they told me. So i decided to return the phone they shipped and was charged 50 dollars. So don't even bother so I'm saying with T-Mobile forever!!!

I am on disability. Will not work with you if you

I am on disability Bill debited from my account each month on 26th. I have requested numerous times to change the debit date until the 30th so check would be in account. Spectrum does not have the technology to chane the due date once you get your service. This month i did not realize until the 8th so my payment was returned because the bill beat my check . I called and ask for 5 more days service until friday so i would not be left alone with no service as i am disabled. I talked to two different customer service personal neither of which could help me. Since i am disable i have no phone service until Friday but they would not make an exception. I could pay for service now and make phone payment on Friday but they still would not work with me. Spectrum is not disability friendly not do they care about disabled people.

I was a call center agent for spectrum mobile billing - I was told to basically help customer yet the company wouldnt give me much options for helping. The store employees at spectrum stores lie to customers or rush through orders and not offer insurance, not process trade orders correctly, put on BTG plan but say its Unlimited, lie and say ipads are free, lie about the bills being combined with spectrum home service (they are separate) among many many other fabrications because they are under staffed and undertrained. Convoluted, corrupt, and scams!!! Stay away! wish i could rate -5 stars

Fraudulent customer service. Terrible people

So I call customer service and I order a phone. Was charged. Money was deducted and shipping details were sent. I continued to track the phone but realized someone else had claimed the phone. I called spectrum to complain but I was kept on the phone for hours. While that was going on I decided to go outside to check the names on the mail boxes to see if anyone in my apt picked it up. To my greates surprise my neigbour nesxt door had signed for the phone. When I went to enquirer why they signed for my phone, I realized that the package came in my neighbors name. I called Spectrum mobile to report, they picked and kept me on the phone for another hour. The neighbors could not release the phone. They tried calling Spectrum mobile but was placed on a long hold. Finally after another hour making it a total of 3 hours. I was told they could not find my information on their record. How is that? The lady I spoke to initially took all my details I mean all Fromm social to DOB to address and card details and money was deducted. Finally after 3 hrs I did not get a phone, I did not get my money back and 3 hrs of my precious time wasted plus I do not know if the fraudulent person who took my order has kept my details. This is so scary and the supervisor did nothing to get my money back instead he was concerned about selling another phone to me. Spectrum is a fraudulent and disorganized network. Please do not leave your network no matter how bad to port to this useless and fraudulent network. Do not also give them ur details as they do not cannot hold their staff responsible. They could not even find the lady who placed the order! What a terrible organization. Please people avoid like a plaque. Spectrum mobile is pure fraud!
