I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer! They lack Customer Service 101. I don't care that I paid more at Sprint....I will most likely be going back. Service stinks and I am receiving more Robo Calls now than I ever have! Save yourself frustration and DO NOT SWITCH TO SPECTRUM MOBILE!!

i have 3 lines with them had broken my phone had insurance would not help told me to pay off my phone to get another told me they don't have three line anymore at the office

Customer Service is horrible. They want to test your phone for 10 days before doing a warranty exchange, so it leaves you without a phone.

We are already Spectrum customers but needed better phone service than Cricket as we camp and can't get signal. Added mobile, get out great in ten-buck-two. Love it. No issues yet.

They LIE to get you to contract the services.They DO NOT PRORATE service cost, so if you have a bad service and want to opt out you will be paying the full month. Custumer service dont have enough information available, are under trained you have to wait for them to go through all the notes. They LIE, LIE, LIE, to make it look like they resolve your issues and they don't. They won't assume responsibility for their lies, so they wont grant you the service the customer service incorrectl…y provided. Its an awful experience!Show more

Had phones for 23 hours before switching back to .Verizon.didnt like phone,sent back ,spectrum charged me 300.00. for damages.bs

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s20 for almost 1500 dollars 14 days later the camera glass chattered took the phone to them and all they gave me was a phone number to call the Samsung company guess what with insurance guarantee I ended up paying and extra 100 dollars to get a replacement if you don't want to get screwed like I did don't use spectrum services period they will milk you dry

I will never order a mobile this bad company again

It was a con job from the beginning. They almost strong arm you to sign up. Once you do it's a complete rip off.

If I could give this a lower rating I 100% would. To begin, they just slowly want more money as time goes on when you're on their plan. Then, they have AWFUL reception. It's only in relevant areas that reception is even good with Spectrum and even then it's still not that great. They also don't handle phone data well at all. To explain, every month my data renews and if I go off wifi it acts like I've used ALL of my data and will barely work. Spectrum is not worth wastin…g your time and money on at all!Show more

The worse experience if you try to return a device. You have to go through an RMA that is never available and calls you at times when you can't pick up your phones. Their supervisors can't resolve any issues "not" in their department.

Not one thing you could ask that I would say positive about them,it is a pathetic mobile company. LOST MY PHONE TO BE TOLD WE HAVE NO PHONE TO SELL.They also made me pay for another month after canceling by debating my account,which I consider theft.They are a bogus cell company stay clear of doing business with these jerks

Coverage & pricing better than AT&T. But they only accept the most popular brands, so I had to buy a phone from them to replace a perfectly good Huawei just to switch. Lazy, making it easy on themselves.

if you like having a brand new phone that won't even load a 30 second instagram video then these are the guys for you!!!

The billing practices at Spectrum mobile are really shady. Too much grey area and no one can properly explain their rationale. Good service but billing practices need improvement.

I have had Spectrum for all of my home electronics for lots of years. Recently my wife and I got Spectrum Mobile phones also. Soectrum has us by the short hairs. Our phone service costs less than anyone else, but our TV, Internet and land line phone is the highest in the nation. IF we give up our Spectrum TV, Landline PHones and internet, we cannot have the Spectrum Mobile. NOW, the service, or lack of it: We needed help transfering data from our old phones to the phones we got from Spectrum. We…nt to the local office here and got NOTHING. They simply would not help. That office is there to SELL, not to service. We called Spectrum Mobile and got a little help. We got most of our help from the technicians at Walmart. Now I am having a problem with my phone. I went to the office this morning thinking maybe their policy has changed. The guy there looked at my phone for about two minutes, then told me he couldn't help me, I had to buy a new phone. I walked out in disgust. I called Spectrum, (second time) and got nothing there, couldn't even connect with anyone. SPECTRUM IS A JOKE.Show more

PLEASE SHARE THIS! Not for my recognition, but to save others.. SPECTRUM MOBILE! STAY AWAY! This my brief encounter with Spectrum Mobile. Supposedly they run off Verizon. Me thinking that I don't use my phone too much, Spectrum Mobile would be a great choice. Don't do it. I ported my Verizon phone over and purchased a generic phone, for work purposes only. I paid the first month of service, up front. Spectrum advised me that, I didn't need to contact Verizon, because the "p…orting" of my number to Spectrum would cancel my account with Verizon (important for later, in my dealings with spectrum). I contacted Verizon, and they advised me my account had been canceled and a refund was on the way. While using Spectrum Mobile, it drastically slowed the operating system of my S10, and videos buffered while loading. I realized that I had traded in my Corvett for a Chevette. I tucked my tail between my legs and went back to Verizon. Even after going back to Verizon, my S10 was slow, I assume because of the Spectrum operating system. I factory rest my phone, and it began to function properly. Assuming my Spectrum account had been canceled, and my refund was immanent, I ultimately forgot about it. Well today I got a text, advising that my Spectrum account had been deducted... WTF! I called them, and they advised that they couldn't refund my money, because I HAD NOT CANCELED MY ACCOUNT! Also, within 2 weeks, Spectrum billed me for my next month's service. Today, they billed me again! They say because I didn't cancel, I owe them. THIEVES Stay away from Spectrum!Show more

Couldn’t go from gig to unlimited on my app wasn’t too concerned because I thought it would roll over...charged 39 dollars more then had to pay 31 dollars to switch back to unlimited...then was charged for full unlimited...ended up getting a 45 dollar credit but still out 25 dollars after being a customer since 1998
