I love getting the same service and new phone for a lot less than I was paying just for service at Verizon.

I am a spectrum customer. I/we are currently using your bundle service,( tv, phone, internet. Would like to get a couple of phones for adult in-laws, but can’t seem to coordinate with you folks.

Service

Where to start? I was with Verizon and saw the promotion Spectrum was offering as an existing customer and decided to jump on it for the new S10+. I went with the pay by the Gig plan and after a few days was switched over to unlimited without my authorization which was the first issue. The second one was the phone will not hold a call without dropping service and calls are dropped after 2-4 minutes. After numerous calls to techs and so on with no sort of fix for the problem I am now waiting for the final cell phone troubleshooting team to check the problem and send me out a new device if they cant fix the issue. Now all this time I am without cell service, which for me is not good for work related issues. I had told them that I would want to send the phone back and just get a refund which they stated I would be charged a restock fee. Really? For a phone that doesnt work and that's not in my control? All the while I am being charged for services I cant even use and if I cancel I will lose my number that I ported over from Verizon. I should have never made the mistake of choosing spectrum mobile.. Just save yourself the headache.

NO store support-only by phone.

Had Spectrum Mobile for 10 days. Spent over 15 hrs with tech support for various questions (not counting time on hold). I could tell they were new to service as they kept putting me on hold-probably to look in their manuals or ask for help. When I cancelled to go back to Verizon, they never cancelled. Finally got that resolved and happily went back to Verizon and as a plus my reactivated plan ended up being only $3 more than Spectrum! Don't get Spectrum until your city has store support.

We spent over ten hours trying to order, using three different cards, all three cards declined as possible fraud, could never get the charges to go through, despite ten hours on phone with Spectrum and advising financial institutions that it wasn't fraud.

do not order cell phone service from Spectrum.....ordered phones they were sent to New York City and turned on...Someone at Spectrum changed shipping address to New York City....So, they refuse to get my money back for purchase of phone and I have a 24 month contract with them...So this will cost me about 3000 dollars...FRAUD the address changed happened in Jamestown NY

Worst customer service

On January 31, 2019 I called to get more information about this new service, after some time the I make a decision to switch in to Spectrum Mobile. The same day I paid $224.76 for starting my service, 3 days later they sent me a box with 3 phones, opened the box but, that was not what they promised me. I call their number and get the instruction for returning, I followed the instruction by the book. On February 15, they posted on my Visa Card $27.57 I called the same day, a Rep. told me, "I will transfer all this information to my supervisor TIFFANY, she called me about 7.00 pm the same day, that she going to take care my claim. Again the posted in my Visa Card, two more amount of $27.57. I called again and talked with Paul he did the same, he will transfer my claim to a new supervisor KIRK. They never refund the rest of the money of $142.05. Before you change to this Spectrum Mobile make sure you get what you order, because if you have to return to them they will gave you a hard time to get your money back.

I just switched from Sprint where coverage was spotty and it cost me over $83-$84 a month. With Spectrum Mobile, I got a new phone and signed up for 1 GB plan for $14 a month, which rolls up if you go over for another $14 and they'll roll you up again if needed. Plus they're on the Verizon network and you don't get any better coverage than that. My total with my phone and 1 GB plan, I'm paying a total of $55.99

My phone Reachedtheir 20 gig limit and my phone basically did not want to work after that I haven't Samsung as slime they're telling me that it should have worked really that seeing any issues but all it did I could not run my Google maps I could not do anything they kept saying to please check my internets

Unable to provide customer service

Spectrum unable/unwilling to help me with data overage issue. Other companies will work with you. Multiple customer service issues over 6 months. Brand new system over there they are still working out the kinks. Do not recommend.

Over charging!!!!

Spectrum mobile won’t tell you their billing starts 7 days after receiving your phone even if you don’t activate your phone. If your previous carrier service doesn’t end by the 7 th day you will end up paying for double phone service you don’t need.

The customer Service!

Although I appreciate them taking the time to speak with me today, After lots of waiting, escalating the call and actuallyahving to call them back when they failed to do so for me. I do not at all feel like Spectrum (So far) even tried to do anything to resolve my issue for me today . Per our conversation, There was absolutely no resolution offered in anyway. What ever happened to the customer being right or what ever happened to retaining a customer and wanting the best for him or her as a service provider? My experience is that because I was dissatisfied with the wrong phone or the incorrect phone being sent to me in the first place, Spectrum is penalizing me for their mistake. (charging me $350.) for a mistake that was theirs in the first place! Apparently I'm not the only person that is having a hellish experience of poor customer service! My question is, how does spectrum expect to stay in business and be leaders in the mobile phone arena with this sort of service?

the worst customer service from any company ever

the fedex driver stole my phone and spectrum mobile said it was my responsibility. they wanted to keep billing me, they didn't want to send a new phone even after the fedex driver tried giving me an empty box and i refused to accept it. i made a claim with fedex and went to the local PD, which is spectrums procedure and i was still denied a new phone and spectrum still wants to charge me for the service and phone. i told the supervisor of spectrum mobile i was unhappy with the service and treatment from them and i want to cancel. they couldn't cancel me. i said i was gonna dispute the charge and he told we they would come after me. they have the worst customer service ever.

Service is great

Just recently switched and glad that I did. Excellent service area and love that I was able to get a new phone and not paying overly expensive for all the other stuff that other providers throw in there
