Customer service is awful and you can only do mobile autopay
While customer support is crappy the service quality is excellent. I've had Xfinity Mobile for a few months now, and so far I haven't had any issues outside of dealing with employees. Quality is on par with Verizon, and the bill is wicked cheap!
great service even though i haven't tried customer support and i didn't need help when setting up my service. bill's the lowest i've ever seen and i didn't even need to pay activation fees
The experience and price is top notch. The call quality is great, and there have been no issues, thanks to it using Verizon's network.
Xfinity Mobile is so much cheaper than other carriers. The best thing is that if you have Xfinity WiFi, you will have mobile service. You only pay for data!
Company charged my CC for the phone and service but I NEVER got the phone!! I had to pick up a new phone at the store and only after a month did they refund my previous purchase.
