Coming out to fix THEIR equipment

I've experienced poor connectivity with my internet for over a month. they needed to come out and fix the box outside. I've called several times. the customer service rep was rude and wouldn't transfer to a manager or supervisor. I finally get a manager on the phone who tells he that he promises someone would be out the next day and that was 3 days ago and NO ONE has shown up. this is the worst experience with Comcast that I've ever had and if I had the opportunity to switch to another provider I would. I don't know who else to complain too because I'm getting nothing but the run around when I call.

Awesome and thoughtful customer service

In my recent need for support, I dealt with two people: Stephanie, in Pittsburgh, and Danny in Massachusetts. They each LISTENED to what I said, and then acted appropriately and thoughtfully and thoroughly. It was amazing. Stephanie understood what the problem was and set up a technician right away. Danny, the tech, checked every possible thing, found the problem and FIXED it. Perfect. The phone tree is terrible, but the actual people are great.

Channels just disappear without warning or explana

Channel 265 disappeared, 211 and 210 just today.

Customer Service.

It is an absolute challenge to get a representative on the phone. Xfinity stated they knew my equipment would need a technician, but they still sent the equipment knowing I would not be able to active my service. Now I will be charged $70 for a technician to come out for activation. You will go around in circles trying to reach an agent, and the first two agents I spoke with appeared to have no idea what was wrong with my account, etc. I even had one agent send me to a store that was not opened after he told me over and over again the store was opened for business. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIPENCE FROM A PROVIDER EVER!

Everything except technicians

Worst experience with any company. You rate the worst with any company I dealt with in all of my business experience.

Having them as a sole provider in town. They stink

Different quote every time you call. Pricing is terrible. Customer service is the worst. Hate dealing with unethical people. Really have to get another company in my zip code. Would drop them immediately. Wow what a bunch of uneducated people dealing with their outsourced agents.

Xfinity customer service has gone down the drain.

I sorely disappointed with Xfinity customer service people. They are not worthy to be called representatives. Totally unprofessional. Companies need to realize their customer service people can make or brake their company. I am disappointed.

Constant fee increases.

Been with them for over 30 years. I'm done after this contract. Arbitrary rate / equipment rental fee increases are outrageous. The reps I have talked to (when you can understand them) are polite and professional but it's very obvious the mid and senior management of this company could care less about the customer. People are not stupid. Xfinity won't be in business in 5 years if they maintain this attitude.

customer service 12/22/20 with Hamid from Canada

I had to call multiple times for a resolution and correction to my bill, I receive prompt service on 12/22/20 with customer service rep Hamid from Canada he was very personable and promptly contacted area that corrected and credited my acct , my bill was resolve with basing it on an unlimited plan of 45 dollar per line instead of a bill of >830 dollars due to when I did call earlier for unlimited plan there was an error in the change of the billing of cell phone service, Hamid stayed on the phone with me until this was credited and resolve and offered any other areas to help with my xfinity experience and he was very apologetic and concern for my frustrations, I could not say more of how he made me decide to do better in my communication with my job as a travel nurse and also be more approachable with clients and families when there are disputes of customer relations need address and resolved, I decided to stay a customer with xfinity based on Hamid from Canada customer service skills and then next the cell phone service

The Service!!!

They have the worst customer service of any company in America. The automated phone service line is a joke. High prices, Horrible Service!!!

Everything. Especially customer service.

I call them "another $10 Comcast". They "hose" customers for each small add-on and there is no way to contact a real person within 24 hrs. Then, I get a almost non-speaking English person and a very poor connection.

Can't reach customer service or tech support.

Horrible experience with this company. I had to drive to the store. Store customer service is excellent. To get any help took me 7 hours.

They are blocking conservative programs, Newsmax

They cost way to much money and they are constantly scrambling conservative channels.

Customer service is non-existent and takes hours.

Internet, so streaming also, became constantly unreliable. After wasting hours on the phone, eventually got a technician out. He removed a 'splitter', installed by them, which he advised should never have been there. Comcast agrees but want $70 regardless. But, we are not in a central location and we will have to pay. Comcast as a service provider is just awful.

No notifcation of outages

No Tv for at least 24hrs

EVERYTHING BUT ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I connected new service and that took 6 reps to do, nobody knew what was going on, I asked to cancel a tech that was coming out and they canceled my entire service. STAY AWAY

Customer service

An Xfinity employee at the Roseville, MN location was very disrespectful to customers. A formal complaint has been filed as this young man lied and was rude to myself & he hollered at another elderly customer. What ever happened to "the customer is always right" & to treating your elders with respect?
