Signed up for promotional $30 plan, shortly after solicited to upgrade to $45 plan because throttled service was so spotty. Finally, after a year of mediocre service, price jumps to $85 without warning. Try to change online and can only reduce to $75. Insane. Looking for alternatives but limited options.
worst service ever, constantly wifi goes out,up to 3-4 times a month!
Loyal customer for years. Yet...pricing has gone through the roof. You cannot convince me the cost of doing business rises THAT much. What a joke!!
Dependable service for 10+ years.
For the most part, Comcast has been helpful for me w/ the TV and Internet services they have provided me for several years now...and, promptly fixed an 'issue' I had once....but....they continue to raise their prices and they have removed several of my favorite channels / programs & left me with a BUNCH of boring home shopping channels and redundant channels that show the same thing (*URGH!!*) !! But, other than that, I can't complain (lol).

After doubling my price without asking me, I cancelled...then it took TWO MONTHS and 3 phone calls before they cancelled it, meaning they charged me another 140$ before they decided they were done squeezing my bank account
